October is National Walking Month

Even as we approach daylight savings time and the end of October, the weather is still permitting lots of opportunities to get out and walk around. We have a bounty here in the Northwest of places to explore and things to see on our treks, especially with all the fall foliage. Check out the link http://www.walktober.com/ for ideas around the country to stay walking. Bring along your Z-coil footwear to really enhance your walking adventures.
