About two years ago Bob introduced me to z-coils. At first I was skeptical, but after trying on a pair and only walking a few minutes, my knees were not hurting. Now I have the clogs and the hikers and wear them all of the time as a waitress and bartender.

I love my z-coils ive been fighting with foot pain and Dr's for over 5 years and in one short year my pain is almost completely gone. but they nees to be more assable to people. I have had a hard time online finding them, or a dealer.
