Terrasoles® Coming In May
In May, Z-CoiL® Pain Relief Footwear™, formerly known as Your 2 Feet, will sell Terrasoles®.
Terrasoles® outdoors lifestyle footwear, targets the void many people face when transitioning from their active footwear into something that is more comfortable and casual, yet remains functional. Terrasoles' hybrid design appeals to those whose hearts belong to the spirit of the great outdoors.
"Terrasoles redefine the casual after sport shoe," says Jerry Hemphill, Terrasoles® Brand President. "We use technology to create lightweight, flexible styles with unique support and shock attenuating features. Our vision is one of a young-in-attitude, active consumer who participates in or is inspired by activities such as hiking, running, rafting or travel.
The environment also is top of mind when we consider Terrasoles' components. We utilize environmentally friendly elements wherever possible. Our packaging and other collaterals are being produced on recycled stocks with soy inks, and we are using high-quality fleece made from recycled materials in some travel and cold weather styles. We believe that small, environmentally smart steps like these are easy to implement from a business perspective and critical to implement from an environmental perspective.
Terrasoles®, which retails from $30 to $60, is easily identifiable at retail through its unique character and unified branding elements, including its distinctive "blades of grass" logo.

Superfeet or Lynco or Custom Orthotics
Which can help me?
I hear this all the time asked by folks suffering with foot, leg, and back pain in our store "Your 2 Feet", "Z-coil Seaatle's Authorized Dealer".
The interesting thing is each of these three assist to a varying degree and can attain goals by different routes.
As you may have heard in the streaming podcast interview on an earlier post, on your2feet.blogspot.com, the future owner of Superfeet goes into great length on the pros and cons of the various applications for her product line. The control comes in the heel cup.
Lyncos has a variable assortment of products for high or flexible low arches with or without more metatarsal support. Theirs is a more cushioning, flexible control focused more in the medial longitudinal arch.
The custom orthoses (orthotics) are usually made by a podiatrist. These usually are very controlling with posting in the heel and obtaining control around the subtalar joint via neutral positioning during casting.
At our store we also have products for higher arches that do not take up as much volume in the shoes.
To experience our products, please visit our store downtown 1201 Pine St Seattle or call 206-838-7338. We will also be at the NWWS MArch 28th-30th in the purple section Booth #1442. There is a way to approach relief for your 2 feet!

Your Two Feet can feel like This 2
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Croc, Your shoes saved my life and my marriage. About two years ago I was diagnosed with a severe case of Polio. After weeks of failed treatments, the doctors realized that I had an allergic reaction to the medicines prescribed to me. I was placed in the Iron Lung for 6th months and it deeply affected my relationship with my husband. Finally, I was released from the Iron Lung and sent to therapy in hopes that I may walk again. I was given various pairs of orthopedic shoes, but none worked. Then one day my friend introduced me to Crocs. Learning to walk again was a difficult struggle, but with the Crocs' comfort and support I was able to achieve my goals and get back to a semi-normal lifestyle. Once there, my husband and I began to mend our relationship and connect on a spiritual level we had never before reached. I just wanted to say thanks again for saving my life, my marriage, and for giving me a brighter future. I love you.

My Z-coil's are so Worth It!
Darla Moyer came in today with her Black Z-Walkers. She is so grateful about her life altering experiences wearing the Z-coils that while in the store she was telling other customers about her story that I cannot wait to tell you about.
Years ago she abused her back while landscaping, especially after a battle with a tree that she lost. This incident landed her right in traffic. Her doctors told her there was nothing that could be done for her back pain. They said: " I would have to live with the pain."
Another unfortunate accident, tripping on a rubber mat at Key Arena, ended up injuring her knees so badly she ended up with both knee having to be replaced. She now has only 37% functional capacity of her right knee and 30% use of left knee.
"Prior to wearing Z-coils, I had constant knee and back pain and had to take Vicodin 2-4 x day for the severe pain I was having."
"What works for me, if I start to have any back pain, I bounce up and down on the springs and that (release of impact) makes the pain go away-I don't know how-it just does."
"Another result of the Z-coil footwear is that instead of working only four hours per shift, I can now work 16 hour shifts at work as a prep cook for at the Hearthstone. I like my job so much that after helping my friend out for what was supposed to be only six weeks, I stayed."
"I tell everyone about them-They Are So Worth IT! I give so many people your phone number, even the folks that stop me in the street to ask me about them. The nurses at the Hearthstone want them."
" The money I have saved is from the savings of not having to buy New Balance shoes every three months at $85.00 a pop...and they did not help my pain."
While in the store we watched her walk and determined her annual tune-up was to add a wedge to the outside of her coil to control the lopsided knee she has had ever since the knee replacement.
FYI: tune-ups are free with every pair of Z-coils purchased for the lifetime of the footwear. As many of our enthusiastic Z-coil wearers share with us, and as our own wearing experience attest to, they find the Z-coil footwear appears to be longer lasting than most available shoes on the market. We are so pleased to share Darla's amazing story.

Bouncing around

Carol Miller came in today to replace the heels on 3 pairs of her Z coil shoes, Carol has been wearing Z coil shoes for about 2 years and loves them. She wouldnt give them up for anything. She used to spend up to 120.00 on normal shoes that "claimed" helped you walk better and to take away the pain but nothing worked. She has had terrible arthritis for about 5 years now, she has had knee surgery and has been suffering ever sense. After she bought Z coil pain relief foot wear it the pain in her knee and back was reduced tremendously. She is so in love with them she just decide to buy her 7th pair. Thats right 7 pairs in 2 years she wears them everywhere, work shopping, you name it she is in them. All of her co workers laugh and call her tigger because of the spring but at the end of the night the only one laughing is her. Free from alot of the pain the other workers are having from standing for 8-10 hours. You bounce away girl! She previously bought all of her shoes at the Puyallup store which we have to sadly say is no longer with us. But she found out the careing people of seattle are always here to help. stop back anytime.

She has done lots of research on Z-coil shoes and even our website http://www.your2feet.com/ She first saw them at Dr's Office where she works. She bought a pair of Black Tia's and is hoping to reduce some of this pain.Follow up story to come.....

Interview: Mike Gonzalez the CEO of Xtenex
powered by ODEO
Caesar Snee, the owner of the San Jose and San Francisco Z-Coil(r) Pain Relief Footware stores, talks with Mike Gonzalez the CEO of Xtenex, the manufacture of The Ultimate Shoe Lace - Knotty Boys.
The Ultimate Shoelace is comprised of laces with pre-tensioned elastic knots that control lace movement through a footwear's eyelets. When stretched, the knots collapse for easy lace-up and adjustment. When tension is released, knots re-emerge to surround both sides of the eyelet securing a desired fit. It differs from regular laces because it can customize footwear fit around personal comfort and performance needs. It stops lace migration which is a leading cause of footwear pain, discomfort, numbness, foot fatigue and Diabetic concern. It allows custom fitting throughout the shoe instead of limiting adjustment to just an ankle tension.
Your2Feet has a variety of Knotty Boy lace colors and sizes in stock!

Pain Relief is a Family Affair

Jack Moore came in from Tacoma with his wife, Anne, and son David. David is the third generation of the family to work at Boeing. Dad has had multiple injuries at Boeing working, with 23 years seniority, as a quality assurance inspector. 4years ago he stepped into a hole in a platform and his T4-T6 was inflamed. He was taking a lot of pain pills, having pain on a scale of 10, it was an eight. While undergoing an MRI, he saw several nurses walking in Zcoil pain relief footwear. The women gave a testimonial about the Zcoil footwear and how it helped them with their pain at work walking all day at the hospital. Jack went home he did extensive research about the footwear and brought the family along to purchase their first pair of shoes. Jack and Anne bought their first pairs of cloudwalker velcro black shoes and David bought the black Freedoms (from the Puyallup store that is now closed). After all these years wearing them Jack's reduced his pain to a level 2. David started wearing them in high school due to C2 back pain from wearing heavy back packs. Now at Boeing he has had years of relief from his back pain. Mom needs a knee replacement and has cut the pain severity and reduced her recovery time. When the Boeing Auburn plant temporally didn't allow the use of the Zcoil footwear, they fought to get back the Boeing authorization and succeeded. Now they came to our Pine St store in Seattle to buy their second pair of shoe- David bought another pair of freedoms, mom and dad bought another pair of cloudwalker velcros. A family that wears (Zcoil footwear) together stays together.
