Tom and Boe own a robust company designing systems and being a distributor for solar and wind powered projects. Their website is:
They have been in the renewable energy sources of wind and solar for over forty years.
Their adobe home maintains an even temperature all year round with no heaters or air conditioners. The house is totally off the grid and solar powered.
Tom and Boe have been plagued for years with a painful foot condition called neuromas.
For the first time they are experiencing relief after wearing our store's Lynco orthotics with a metarsal support in them. We just received a letter from Tom and Boe thanking us for finding a solution to this long-term problem.

Mary Zimniewicz Trades in Her 4 Year Old Z-CoiL Shoes for a New Pair

Mary Z. works on hard concrete floors at the Issaquah Home Depot. Four and a half years ago friends told her about the ZcoiL shoes since she was having such a problem with foot and back discomfort.

Every night she used to have to elevate her feet on three pillows to make the pain go away after being eight hours on concrete. She would slip disc in her back three times a day.

She bought her first pair of Freedom 2000 from the now defunct Bellevue store four years ago. This is an amazing testimonial to how long these shoes hold up under such intense use. She wears the Z-CoiL shoes with her orthotics made at Group Health. We explained how we stock an array of great ready made orthotic arch supports here at Z-CoiL of Seattle (1201 Pine St, Seattle, Wa.)

For her second pair she searched our website and Zcoil website. She saw there a new style recently introduced- the Z-Trek. So she made the trip from Sammamish to buy her second pair in four years.

Treating foot pain without surgery

By GLORIA CAMPOS / WFAA-TV

DALLAS - While the women's dress shoe industry is a $15 billion annual business, another $5 billion is spent each year trying to find relief for aching feet.

But there is some good news: Most foot pain can be treated without surgery.

"This is public enemy number one," said Dr. Kelly Walker while eyeing a high-heeled sandal in a catalog. "They are beautiful and I would like to be able to wear them every day, but I can't either."

Walker, a podiatrist, said she knows about foot pain first hand since she suffers from plantar fasciitis. (Read More, Watch Video)

Kevin Gallagher Has Good Looking Shoe for Being Six Years Old

Kevin G. has been a kindergarten teacher for 28 years at Bryant Elementary and gets frequent comments from the kids about his Z-Coils and their springiness.
Mr. Gallagher had two rear end car accidents in 1989. The injuries from this developed into a herniated disc in his lower lumbar region in 2003. The herniated disc was so painful he was "put on his knees". He went to the ER where he was put on brace crutches for 3 weeks, then regular crutches for three more weeks. His massage therapist, Anthony Michaels at Evergreen Chiropractic, referred him to our store at 1201 Pine St.for the Z-CoiL pain relief footwear.
He also went to an acupuncturist.
He followed up with research into the Z-coil footwear on the internet and decided to go for it when he saw coverage in the evening Pacific Northwest Magazine and in the paper. His first visit here, there was a nurse telling about how all the nurses on her floor wore the Z-CoiL so she wanted to try them out. This really convinced him he was making the right decision.
What was even more dramatic was the results he got immediately while trying on the shoes. He came in on crutches and he was able to walk out without the crutches. He was able to put weight on his legs and back for the first time since the injury in 2003.
This gave him much needed independence such as doing more things on his own, walking and coming back to his full self with a better quality of life.
"Standing in these shoes is so different than regular shoes since they give such a shock absorption to your step in the heel. For three years these were all I wore. After that the injury improved. Now he can wear them less-only two times a week is necessary typically since I am so much improved". He credits the shoes and his medical treatment together as the reason for his improvement.
Congratulations on such a recovery! He is a testimony to how long lasting and well made the Z-Coil pain relief footwear are to last six years. When will he get his second pair?

Meredy Davis Converted her Open to Enclosed Z-CoiL Footwear

Meredy Davis came in to exchange her open coils for enclosed coils on her Black Freedom Z-CoiL pain relief footwear that she just purchased last Friday.

She has worked at Safeco Field and the Key Arena for the past 4 years. Her legs and back are already not as tired after standing for so long at work on the concrete surfaces from wearing her new Z-CoiL, pain relief footwear purchased at our store located at 1201 Pine St.

She has been telling her co-workers the Z-CoiL, pain relief footwear, really work.
She had special fitting issues since she has narrow, bony feet. We used the side type insoles to take up the width, used extra padding for the bony prominences under the balls of her feet, and rotated her coils 90 degrees.

Jon Dalton Tells His Friends About Z-CoiL

Jon D. came in recently to buy open coils instead of enclosed coils for his work boots. He bought the boots this past February, but prefers the look of the open coil.

He used to wear Dr. Scholl insoles, but the Lynco arch supports help so much more, especially since they have the extra metatarsal support...and they last longer too. He bought a new pair of Lyncos today.

Jon D. tells his friends about the Z-CoiL and how it has helped his calf spasms go away. He used to have whole leg spasms which have gone away as well.He works graveyard on tile as a cashier at the Wallingford Chevron Extra Mile Store. He is either on the tile in the store or on concrete when he is on the lot. This used to cause both knees to be sore. The pain relief footwear, Z-COiLs, have really improved this and his quality of life all around.

Jan and Marshall Bronson Came All the Way From Whidby Island For Our Six Year Anniversary

Jan says,"My family owns 13 pairs of Z-CoiL footwear.". Jan and Marshall own the Compass Rose Bed and Breakfast on Whidbey Island. With her purchase today of the Z-Breeze style of shoes, she has four pairs.
They found out about the shoes from a customer in November of 2007. She bought her first pair from Mt. Vernon in December, a T-strap. In January her second pair was a Loryn purchased from our store. Her third pair was a pair of white Mary Jane's purchased in Anchorage.
When her mom came to visit from San Diego, they brought her right from the airport to 1201 Pine St, Z-CoiL of Seattle. She bought a pair of Z-CoiL footwear.
Marshall's first pair was a pair of Sandia. His second pair was a Z-Walker. This time he ordered a second pair of Sandia's. We were out of stock so we will ship them to him.
Marshall says, "In Alaska the Z-CoiL shoes don't transmit the cold like ordinary shoes. This is because of the inch of neoprene in the forefoot sole."
Marshall and Jan visit their daughter in Alaska from time to time. She has a pair of Z-CoiL as well. Her sister (from Twin Falls, Idaho) and sister-in law (from Wyoming) each have a pair of Z-CoiL.
Z-CoiL footwear are truly a family affair.

A visit from Dave Frank in Albuquerque heralded a fitting of safety officers in private industry. Suzie Burke (of the family of Burke associated with the Burke Museum and the Burke Gilman trail). My knee arthritis has totally resolved. I have four pairs including the black Mary Jane's. They just feel good"
Suzie makes a great advocate since she is so involved in the community. I remember seeing her being interviewed when input was being requested regarding the fate of the Alaska Viaduct.

For The Past Six Years Z-CoiL(r) Store Has Changed Seattle Two Feet at a Time

Press Release:

World's Leading Pain Relief Footwear(tm) to Be Center Stage at OPEN HOUSE

(Seattle, WA)-For the past Six Years everyone in the Seattle area who suffers from crippling foot, leg or back pain has been able to discover for themselves the life-changing benefits of these revolutionary shoes. An established Z-CoiL(r) Pain Relief Footwear(tm) Store located at 1201 Pine St, Seattle, WA 98101 is holding its Sixth Anniversary Open House Celebration on February 6,7,8,2009.

Visitors will have an opportunity try out a variety of Z-CoiL(r) styles while enjoying light refreshments, door prizes and a raffle for free Z-coil shoes, copper and silver socks and more.

Best of all, AL Gallegos, the inventor of the Z-coil footwear will be visiting our store to meet you and tell his story about Z-coil.

Just visit out blog, your2feet.blogspot.com, for a recent interview with Al, as well as hear brief, but powerful, quotes from our customers, telling how Z-CoiL footwear has changed their lives.

Z-CoiL(r) footwear is specially engineered to relieve foot, leg, and back pain. Please find a recent ergonomic study results on our blog, as well as studies by Sandia and Los Alamos Laboratories. The three main components are the conical shaped coil, the rocker sole forefoot with extra thick cushioning, and the rigid, built-in orthotic combine to counter the forces of foot, leg and back pain. Such total foot support and cushioning work together to reduce the shock of impact to the body and less impact means less pain.

Many podiatrists and orthopedic specialists agree. "I now commonly recommend Z-CoiL(r) footwear to my patients especially for plantar fascitis," says Doug Ichikawa, a Podiatric Physician and Surgeon with locations in Bellevue and Harborview.

Z-CoiL Footwear is gaining a tremendous and loyal following nationwide as word of its pain relief benefits is spreading.

For more information about the store and our Open House Sixth Anniversary Celebration, contact Lotchie Kerch at 206-838-7838 visit our website at www.your2feet.com or our blog at your2feet.blogspot.com.

Weight Loss Program and Z-CoiL's Are a Good Combo-Especially With The Rewards Program (Good Until 1-14-09)

Vicki N. came in today for her second pair of Z-CoiLs. One year ago she bought her first pair of grey freedoms from the Pine St store. Today she bought a pair of black Tia's and L420 Lynco orthotics recommended by the I-Step Technology.

Vicki read our newsletter so she qualified for the setback prices (offer good only until 1-16-09).
Vicki also is a participant in our weight-loss rewards program. She will get a discount on the Z-CoiL shoes at the end of the year based on the weight loss difference registered between this week and the end of the year (Dec 27-31, 2009).

Vicki has gained weight since having her spine fused (three spinal surgeries) and after the eight foot surgeries. She has degenerative joint disease in her feet. She just came from having an MRI done on her foot.
She also has had a right knee replacement. Vicki says,"Since wearing the Z-CoiL shoes, my back and knees DON"T HURT AT ALL".
She was on prescribed extra strength tylenol for her pain, but after wearing the Z-CoiL shoes she does not need to take them any longer.
Vicki says,"They are super comfy which is amazing since I normally have such trouble fitting shoes (since the eight foot surgeries)."
She'll be back at the end of the year to retrieve her rewards for a year of hard work losing weight: discounts on her next pair of Z-CoiL footwear.

Open House Postcard

Grandma Said, "Don't Try To Save Money On Shoes or Food"

Susan B. came in today to buy her third pair of Z-CoiLs, a velcro black Z-walker.

She noticed her first pair of sandals purchased in the spring 3 years ago "was like walking on a pillow or a mattress."

She says, "I had loaned a pair of my black freedoms to my daughter thinking she would give them back, but she never did." I bought those to be my winter shoes.

She purchased her first pair of sandals from the podiatrist store in Ballard (consolidated now into the Pine St. store). She then went to DC for 10 days as a tourist. She walked the museums, the malls, everywhere. Her first experience with Z-CoiL: "I did not get tired walking so much with the Z-CoiL shoes. My legs and feet felt fine."

She relates having a bad left hip, but "Z-CoiL takes the hardness off the pounding pavement. My grandma always told me: Don't try to save money on shoes or food."

Polio Recovery Aided By Z-coil Footwear

Tracy and Bob C. came in today for their seventh pair (combined) of Z-coils.

Bob had polio as a child and although he had acupuncture and physical therapy to aid in the muscle development and pain control. As an adult he was never able to walk normally until he wore his first pair of Z-CoiL.

He first got introduced to the Z-CoiL when his wife recommended he try them at the Puyallup Fair 2-3 years ago. Bob says, "I took off (at the Puyallup Fair), started walking around, and I did not want to stop. The Z-CoiL's have corrected my gait, my gait is better now. I don't even realize when I am standing now with the Z-CoiL's on, and I sure did before wearing them." He owns a pair of the sandals, the blue and white freedom's and the anniversary shoes. Today he bought a pair of the gray freedom's.

Bob works as a legal librarian at 2 Union Square so he is on his feet standing a lot and bending down a lot. He recommends them to anyone, especially if "something on them isn't right about the way they walk or stand".

Tracy had seen them at the Puyallup Fair a few times and bought her first pair 2-3 years ago. At that time she talked her husband into trying them. She owns a pair of the sandals and the blue and white freedoms. Today she bought a pair of the zueco strap shoes. She had the toe of the shoe stretched to accomodate for her hammertoe.

Tracy had back surgery with 2 rods and 25 screws. Her back was really bad before her surgery, but the Z-coils helped with the pain. She now has difficuty with bending at the waist due to the rods in her back.

Tracy works as an esthetician. She says, " Z-CoiL shoes cushions so much that when I walk I notice it does not jam my back with the impact. It is so hard to go back to regular shoes since these help so much."

Z-CoiL Pain Relief Footwear Are The Most Intelligent Shoes I Know

John S. came in today for his sixth pair of Z-Coils, the grey freedoms. He also has two pairs of anniversary freedoms, two pairs of the blue and white z-coils, and a pair of hiking boots. " I keep one pair of the blue and white freedoms outside my door for walking the dog or hiking, it's the "dirty shoe".

John has a lot of praise to share about his experiences with Z-CoiLs:
John says," Six years ago my doctors said I could never run again. I had a partial meniscus removal done on my left knee. I don't run, but I hike and walk a lot when about five years ago I was introduced to the Z-CoiL footwear. They saved my knee!"

" Now I can walk and hike Mt. Baldee at my summer home in Sun Valley,Idaho without getting that bone-tired feeling. The trail is well maintained and well traveled. I don't ever get rocks in the coil, they are fantastic. I also have a house in Hawaii (my grandchild is about to be born so I leave next week for Hawaii). There I go hiking on the beach in my Z-Coils. Anytime I work out on the elliptical machine I wear my Z-CoiL's. These are one of the smartest things out there."

"If I am out site-seeing (traveling all over the world), I tend to lean back onto the coils more, getting that extra stretch to the back of my legs (my Achilles and hamstrings). My legs feel like they are 10 years old. I feel younger walking in them."

"I was forced to walk upright and correctly in my Z-coil footwear. These are the most intelligent shoes I know. Everywhere I go kids ask me about them. We were given by nature only so many features. These add something to us that is missing. Everyone working and walking on their feet should be wearing these. They are crazy not to be wearing these. I tell so many people about you and send them your way. I hope you never go out of business."

The Doctors TV Show: Top 10 Health Trends of 2009

Episode 1076 - January 7, 2009 → Z-Coil Shoes

The Doctors count down the Top 10 Health Trends of 2009!

Join The Z-CoiL Discussion on the Doctors TV Forum

- Love these shoes! I have bad knees too, and since I started wearing Z-Coils I am pain free! I agree with reality_curious that these shoes are more forgiving than most as the coil will adjust itself on uneven ground better. I run outside with them and they’re great. Thanks, Z-Coil! (jewbana)

- I have been wearing these shoes for about a year at the initial urging by a friend of mine. Over the years I have suffered a number of injuries, most as a result of a head on collision 22 years ago. I had three knee surgeries, a compressed disc, two herniated discs and a resulting bone spur on my spine. In addition, I previously broke both my feet in separate accidents.

I didn’t think these shoes would help, but after a little coaxing I now own three pairs, the sneaker, dress shoe and a hiking boot. I hiked twice in the hiking boot each time for over 5 miles. I love them! I am glad to see they are making it to the mainstream! I always get a lot of questions when I wear them. (ChiTown)

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Z-coiL of Seattle ANNOUNCES SHOE DRIVE TO BENEFIT
SOLES4SOULS™ Inc., THE SHOE CHARITY,
AT 1201 Pine St, Seattle, Wa 98101 ON 1/5/09

Seattle residents are invited to recycle their 'gently worn' shoes for people in need

Nashville, TN – DATE – Every 19 seconds, Soles4Souls Inc. gives away another pair of shoes to someone in need. The shoe charity has earned glowing endorsements from Hollywood stars and professional athletes, but the people that truly make the non-profit organization effective are those who clean out their closets to personally drop off their ‘gently worn’ shoes at a participating location, such as 1201 Pine St, Seattle, WA 98101.

Soles4Souls and Z-coil of Seattle will be collecting your gently worn footwear and/or donations to ship the shoes to people in need, whether they are victims of a natural disaster or subject to living in extreme poverty. It is estimated that Americans have 1.5 billion pairs of unused shoes lying in their closets. The charity can use each and every one of these pairs to make a tangible difference in someone's life.

“We can use the shoes taking up space in your closet to change the world one pair at a time,” Elsey said.  “We need our partners in Seattle to 'STEP UP' and get behind our call for action.  It’s one of the most simple yet profound gifts you can make, because it will greatly improve someone’s life in the most difficult of times,” he said.

ABOUT THE LOCATION AND DATE

People and companies interested in donating can visit the organization’s website at www.giveshoes.org, and follow the instructions.

About Soles4Souls
“It seems a natural fit: The mission of seeking to recycle the shoes folks toss after they purchase their new pain relief footwear at Z-coil of Seattle,” says owner Lotchie Kerch.
Our Seattle store specializes in providing services and products for the relief of foot, leg and back pain. Being the largest retailer in Washington state for Z-coiL shoes, the multiple styles of the shock absorbing footwear can be viewed at our convenient location at the corner of Minor and Pine (lower Capital Hill).

Nashville-based Soles4Souls™ facilitates the donations of both new and used shoes, which are used to aid the hurting worldwide. Soles4Souls has distributed more than 3.9 million pairs (currently donating one pair every 19 seconds) to people in over 70 countries, including Honduras, Uganda, Romania, and the United States.  The charity has been featured recently in Runner's World and the Green Guide by National Geographic.  It has also appeared on CNN, NBC, ABC, FOX, CBS, and hundreds of regional outlets around North America.  Soles4Souls is a 501(c)(3) recognized by the IRS; donating parties are eligible for tax advantages. Visit www.giveshoes.org  for more information.

To impact as many lives as possible with the gift of shoes, we at Z-coil of Seattle, 1201 Pine St, Seattle, WA have become a donation site for Soles4Souls. By donating to Soles4Souls, they facilitate the donations of shoes, which are used to aid the hurting worldwide. Donate new and used shoes to us, then we coordinate with Soles4 Souls who cleans the shoes and distributes them to victims of recent disasters such as Hurricanes Katrina & Rita and to those in need of footwear around the world. Soles4Souls have given away more than 3 million pairs of shoes. Unfortunately, this figure pales in comparison to the need that exists. More than 300million children around the world don’t own a single pair of shoes. A sad irony is that the same amount of footwear was thrown into American landfills last year alone. Footwear may not cure cancer, or alleviate hunger, or fight AIDS. But shoes certainly do play a part in lifting the spirits of people struggling to improve their lives. It’s a simple yet effective way to erase the stigma of poverty, stop puncture wounds, end scrapes and prevent burns to feet of the poor and destitute. And it’s something we all have, in abundance, lying in our closets. Used running shoes are particularly valuable, since most are still in great shape.

I used to Walk on Tiptoes to Avoid the Pain in my feet

Alex K came in recently saying "I have worn Zcoils since 2003. I walk a lot-30km per day at a speed of 7 km/hour. I can now walk a 10K in less than two hours. Sitting used to be OK, but not standing or walking without morphine. I was on tiptoes in my Birkenstock trying to avoid contact with the ground prior to Zcoils. In the time I have had Zcoils my morphine consumption has decreased. I have profound peripheral neuropathy and an unstable left ankle."

Alex came in to buy another umpteenth pair of Zcoils, this time a pair of work boots.

He also loves the Injinji toe socks we carry in the store. He says,"They make my toes all be in harmony for the first time since 1967. I can give homebound pastoral care now since I can walk better. I wish the government would allow payment for Zcoils, not morphine." He left with six pairs of new Injinji High Performance Socks.

A 40 Mile Journey from Arlington in the Snow and Rain to Get Zcoil

Delia and her husband made the long trek from Arlington in the snow and rain to buy her sixth pair of Z-coils. She says,"I have worked as a nurse for Lifecare Marysville for 9 1/2 years. I pulled a muscle 4-5 years ago in my back. My legs and hip began hurting 4 years ago. My plantar fascitis causes everything to hurt."

She has worn Z-coils for the past 4 years and now owns 6 pairs. She bought a pair of grey freedoms today with the coils enclosed (covered). Any Zcoil shoe can have the coils covered. A non-skid spray was applied to her soles due to the foul weather conditions lately. She also owns a pair of sandals, white clogs, white freedoms x2, and a pair of brown hiker Z-coil footwear..

She found out about the Zcoil from her father-in-law who was going to sell Zcoil footwear in Sun City, AZ. She says' "Since wearing the Zcoil my back has stopped hurting. I have stopped crying from the pain since wearing Zcoils and recommend Zcoils to others. I hand out cards to everyone."

Shoes relieve foot, leg, knee and back pain
Four out of five Americans will suffer from back pain at some point in their lives, and 75% will have trouble with their feet. So chances are that you, too, will find yourself dreading that trip to the mall, or unable to enjoy visiting the zoo with your kids or grandkids, simply because it is too painful to walk. Happily, there's a pain relief solution that does not involve pills, shots or surgery: a special type of shoe called Z-CoiL® Pain Relief Footwear. Z-CoiL shoes are engineered to reduce impact to the body and relieve stress on aching joints. The coil spring acts as a shock absorber, reducing the force of impact at the heel by up to 50% (and putting that extra "spring" in your step!). Extra thick, resilient cushioning at the ball of the foot also softens impact and its rocker-bottom assists your forward-motion. A built-in orthotic plate in each shoe provides necessary support, improving your posture and helping to relieve such painful conditions as heel spurs and plantar fascititis. Hundreds of Z-CoiL customers have sent in testimonials that attest to the effectiveness of these life-changing shoes. Many claim they have been able to continue working at jobs where they're on their feet for hours. And many other express their heartfelt gratitude for having their active lives back again! "Within one week of buying my Z-CoiL shoes, I was no longer taking any pain medication for my back. Within two weeks, my knee pain was gone!" says Joan Highsmith. If you feel you are missing out on life because of foot, leg, knee, hip or back pain, why not visit the Z-CoiL store nearest you and try on a pair. You have nothing to lose but your pain!

Sincerely,
Zcoil of Seattle

Chela Keeps Her Job as a Traveling Nurse

Chela Hutchison and her mom came in to try on new and buy established styles of Zcoil yesterday.

Chela works at the Renton campus of Virginia Mason as a travel nurse. She says" I would not be able to still be a floor nurse if it were not for the Z-coil footwear. I have sacroiliac dysfunction and arthritis in my right lumbosacral region."

Chela was first introduced to the Z-coils four years ago while working at Baptist Medical Center in North Carolina. Two years later she bought her first pair in Pennsylvania. She has a pair of white freedoms and a pair of anniversary edition styles. Today she purchased her third pair of Z-coils: another anniversary style since she likes them so much.

The lynco orthotics, with the extra metatarsal support, especially assist her with the ball of the foot discomfort. She stood on the I-step machine for a free pressure analysis and for recommendations on which arch support to get.

She is thrilled," I have referred two nurses from Puyallup to this store when I was at Good Samaritan Hospital. The Z-coils have decreased my pain and increased my quality of life. I have significantly reduced the need for pain medications. If it were not for the shoes, I would not be able to walk or work."

The holidays are always busy and hectic for us, and it is very easy to get wrapped up in all of the day-to-day details of life. This morning, Ryan and I were wondering how we were going to navigate our Seattle roads to not only get to work safely, but to attend a festive holiday gathering tonight in Kent.

Our thoughts drifted toward family and friends. I picked up the phone and called a few family members just to say hi. The family in Florida and Hawaii are mystifyed and worry how we get around with all the snow we have had-Carefully!

Then our thoughts turned toward our customers. We have a lot of people that stop into our store around this time of year and we hear wonderful stories. You may want to read in our blog the life altering experiences reported just last week. From Texas and all over the country we hear of a customer who reported losing 33 pounds and is becoming far less insulin-dependent. Another customer has lost over 50 pounds.

" All of these holiday encounters serve as a constant reminder to us:"We are not in the shoe business, we are in the relationship business." Anyone can sell you a shoe. The difference is - we want you to feel better. It's what makes this business gratifying and rewarding. All of life's other little problems are far less significant when you can make a difference in someone's life." We wish all of you the best in happiness and health for 2009. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

"I Can Walk Circles Around the Youngsters"

Janice and Narayan Baltzo, of Living Music Radio.com, came in recently with mom to buy more Zcoil pain relief footwear.

Janice shared her compelling story of her first contact with Zcoil footwear and how they changed her life..
" I've had a lot of back trouble for decades. I have tried naturopaths, chiropractors, osteopaths, icing, yoga and acupuncture for any help in easing my pain. "

"I injured my spine when I turned wrong while holding a light truss (heavy gear) in1979. I ended up in the hospital with a "frozen" spine."

"One day while on the road in June of 2008 we had stopped at a rest stop. I had to hobble to the restroom my back hurt so much."

What was to follow was a life changing event at the next rest stop.

"We stopped for some ice cream and met a lady who said "I can walk circles around these youngsters". She said it was because of her Zcoil footwear she was able to be so active. Her late husband it turns out used to sell Zcoil pain relief footwear and she happened to have some in the back store room that fit me. That was the first pair of Zcoils I bought-a pair of Black Freedoms."

After that is history: "OMG look at this, I ran out to the van saying "I am running".
I then ran around the rest stop jogging the perimeter right after I got them and was giggling. I was so darn happy.

I looked up where Zcoil was on the web and came in for my next pair- a Black Taos Strap (Mary Jane style). She also bought the Lynco arch supports, our Injinji "toe socks", and several of the bamboo socks.

Narayan has a pair of the grey Freedoms and ZWalkers. Mom got a pair of Z Walkers with laces that stay tied "knotty boys". She was so pleased with the way the Jobst compression socks made her legs feel with better circulation.

Janice is so moved by her experience with the footwear she mentions her story everywhere their music and their connecting communities work carries them-to churches, yoga centers, independent bookstores, and outdoor concerts. "How can you not want to spread the word about Zcoil?"
Here is more about the work of Janet and Narayan:
